When should I order hair if I want to book for a fitting?
Place your order at least 7 working days before your fitting appointment. Once ordered, use our booking system to book a hair fitting appointment. 

I would like to purchase some bundles but you do not have the bundle deal I want?

 Can I cancel my order?

If it has been less than 24 hours, are you eligible to cancel your order. However, if you have ordered the wrong thing and would like an exchange, please email within the 24 hour processing period

  How long does your hair last?

Our hair lasts 1-2+ years with good care. Tips on how to maintain HBMF bundles are available on our "Hair Care” page

How many bundles would you recommend to purchase?  

We advise purchasing a minimum of 3 bundles to create a full custom unit or sew-in.

 Can your bundles be bleached? 

Yes! We provide virgin hair which can be bleached to colour #613! Beware of excessive bleaching as this can damage the hair.
